Who can use CashBerry stores app?: Any business selling products or services to accept orders from the customers online can use the App

Is the App free to download?: App is 100% free to download, fast and secure

Do you charge commission on orders: No, currently we do not charge fee on orders

Do you accept online payments: Currently you can use Cash on delivery as the payment option. Soon all modes of online payments will be enabled.

Is it mandatory to share bank account details: No. If you wish to collect payments online from your customers, then please share your details or update in the ‘Payments’ section of the App.

Will you deliver orders: Currently we don’t deliver orders. We will enable delivery facility soon.

Can I charge delivery fee for the orders ?: Yes you can set up delivery fee for every order delivered by yourself to the customer while confirming the orders from customers

Will you provide support?: Yes. You can reach us over whatsapp support link from the App or email support@cashberryapp.com for any queries
