How do I sign up for Cashberry for Business

It’s just 3 easy steps-

Can I Change my number

We would strongly recommend you to register using your primary mobile number.
Should you wish to change your number, please reach out to XYZ at xxxxxxxx

How do I change my pin

You may do so from account settings by entering your current PIN and then setting a new 4 Digit numeric PIN

How do i rest my pin

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can change it from login page using option “reset PIN”.
We will send an SMS one time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number, once verified you can setup new PIN.

Help Dispensing Cash

How can I provide Cash via Cashberry for Business

If any Cashberry user is looking for cash near you, we will notify them and redirect them to your shop. You can see them on Cashberry for Business App under “ongoing transaction” queue. Once they reach your shop, please verify their identify via name and profile picture. They should provide you with a 6-digit code, this code needs to be entered by clicking on their name card under OTP field. Click on verify. On successful verification we will immediately move cash requested along with commission to your account.

What is auto-approve under notification settings

By default, all Cashberry for Business merchants are configured to accept requests automatically. However, should you wish to accept them manually, you may do so by disabling auto approve under notifications settings. This will enable a pending queue in your homepage, and you will have to first Approve each request (from tick button) and then they will be notified about your acceptance.

I need to cancel the transaction

As of now we are not able to provide our merchants feature to cancel approved transactions on their own. Should you need to step out for emergency or are unable to service cash, you can call the customer from ongoing transaction queue.

Buyer did not turn up. What should I do?

We will automatically cancel the transaction within 15mins.

Payment Related

The transaction failed. What should I do next?

Your transaction may fail in an unlikely situation of technical errors. Or when entered PIN was incorrect and beyond the permissible limits. In any such case, rest assure the money debited from buyer’s account will be reversed within 5-7 Business Days. And you need not dispense any cash to them.

I have received success push message, but buyer has not received (or vice versa)

This may happen due to network latency or software issues. Should you refresh the page (logout and login back) you can see the updated status of your transaction from Recent transaction menu on the homepage.

Commission Related

How much commission do I earn per transaction

You can always look for commission you will earn per transaction from individual
Cards in ongoing transaction queue. Click on (i) next to amount requested.

Can I sell something else to customer along with Cash.

You may always suggest them to buy something from your shop.
However, you may not that remains buyer’s choice and you may not force the user.
